We focused on providing an exceptional user experience. Verz Design implemented an intuitive and user-friendly interface leveraging modern SharePoint Online design principles. This included incorporating responsive design to ensure seamless access across devices, empowering C.U.Lines’ employees to engage with the intranet from any location and on any device.

Integrated Social Communication & Collaboration (Viva Engage):

Verz Design integrated social communication and collaboration to foster connectivity and knowledge sharing. We embedded Viva Engage directly into the intranet, creating a dynamic platform for real-time communication and community engagement. This also facilitated knowledge sharing through employee vlogs and discussions, encouraging a more connected and collaborative work environment.

Dynamic Organisational Chart:

Verz Design developed a dynamic, interactive organisational chart using SharePoint’s data capabilities. This provided C.U.Lines with improved workforce visibility and a clear understanding of company hierarchy, streamlining internal communication and organisational clarity

Advanced Document Security:

Verz Design implemented advanced document security to protect C.U.Lines’ sensitive information. We utilised SharePoint’s granular access control policies to ensure that only authorised personnel could access specific documents. Additionally, we implemented user-specific and dynamic watermarking for document authenticity, adding a layer of protection and accountability to document handling.

Additional SharePoint Features:

Verz Design incorporated a range of additional SharePoint features to enhance functionality and streamline processes. This included implementing intelligent document search functionality using SharePoint’s search capabilities, empowering employees to quickly and efficiently find the information they need. We also created a centralised platform for news, announcements, and company updates using SharePoint communication sites, keeping employees informed and connected. To foster engagement and gather valuable feedback, we developed a suggestion portal and an employee activities section. Furthermore, we streamlined onboarding for new hires with SharePoint pages and document libraries, providing easy access to essential guidelines and resources. Finally, we leveraged SharePoint workflows to automate and optimise internal processes, increasing efficiency and reducing manual effort.
